Our praying stick production line is composed of 7 machines, these machines are used to produce bamboo incense stick, from original bamboo to finished products. Diameter of bamboo is adjustable from 1-4mm with using different mould. Voltage is 380v, 50Hz three-phase and we can do some change according to request of customer.
 
The praying stick process is complicated. Bamboo praying stick production need use good bamboo, split, made into small bamboo sticks, and then dry. The fragrant raw materials are processed into fine Elm bark and sandalwood, together with the pigment and additives and mixed. Then make a little bamboo stick stained with the powder. This is a key step in the seemingly simple but rather cumbersome approach of making bamboo sticks.
 
At present, the common praying stick production methods are three kinds: First, the traditional craft manual liniment; Second, manual machinery on the barrel to hit the bucket; Third, the pressure (hydraulic or pneumatic) machine law. Each of the three methods is excellent. The first two methods are suitable for making small diameter praying sticks, but the technical requirements of workers is very high. And productivity is affected by worker proficiency. Also because of artificial errors easily caused, so the product surface sometimes rough. The latter method is fully mechanized, and as long as the ingredients are properly formulated, it produces a perfect sliver of uniform consistency and size. But sometimes the mechanical process is limited by the equipment, can only make a larger diameter praying sticks.
