Our wood chips machine is especially suitable for the processing of sawdust in edible mushroom culture medium. It is mainly composed of chipping device, pulverizer and fan. The structure of Wood chips machine:
1.It consists of three parts: chipping device, pulverizer and fan.
2. The crushing knife is composed of seven types of knives, type one and centrifugal knives.
3. The auxiliary machine consists of fan, dust collector and dust collector.
4.The main machine pulverizing chamber adopts 7 type knife, one type knife and centrifugal cutter, with coarse crushing, fine crushing and centrifugal grinding, and the motor drives the rotor high-speed operation, so that the mechanical production of high-speed airflow can produce high impact force, compression force, cutting force and friction force to the pulverized material to achieve the unique crushing function.
5.In the process of three blades cutting and grinding, the rotor produces a high velocity air flow with the direction of the blade, the material accelerates in the airflow and repeatedly shocks and cuts the friction, and is subjected to three kinds of crushing effects. The material that is crushed is analyzed by the air flow into the analyzer, and because the centrifugal force is affected by the centrifugal force, the fine particles are collected by the air flow into the concentrator, and the coarse particles enter the centrifuge and the pulverized chamber continues to crush until it reaches the fineness you are satisfied with.
